Tecnocontrol Servicios will carry out the integral maintenance of the buildings of the General Directorate of Police in Madrid

The General Directorate of Police has awarded Tecnocontrol Servicios the preventive maintenance, technical-legal maintenance and corrective maintenance of 77 buildings and units distributed throughout the province of Madrid, mainly in its Administrative area.

The facilities within the scope of the maintenance services are: transformation centres, electrical installations, generator sets, capacitor banks, UPS-UPS installations, earth networks, lightning rods and drive motors, lighting, building management and control systems, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.

The most emblematic units include the special police station of the House of Your Majesty the King, special police station of the Moncloa Complex, special police station of the Spanish Parliament, special police station of the Senate, special police station of the Constitutional Court, special police station of the Ombudsman, special police station of the General Council of the Judiciary, police unit attached to the State Attorney General's Office, police unit of the Narcotics Service, police unit for the Investigation of Fiscal and Monetary Crimes, operative deputy director of the National Court.
